Group Therapy

Join us for engaging group therapy sessions centered around Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), designed to enhance emotional regulation and interpersonal skills.

EMDR

Some experiences stay with us—trauma, abuse, loss, and other overwhelming moments can leave emotional scars that affect daily life. If you’ve tried to move on but still feel stuck, anxious, or triggered, EMDR therapy may help.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain reprocess traumatic memories so they no longer feel overwhelming. It doesn’t require going into detail about what happened and works with your brain’s natural healing process.

Many people find relief from anxiety, flashbacks, nightmares, or emotional numbness—often within a few sessions. EMDR is especially effective for PTSD, childhood trauma, grief, abuse, and deep emotional wounds.
